the same way as you have changed your country code to US does not work?

Launch internt@tv, then press on remote control fast forward (right to play) 2-8-9 fast rewind (left to play) and then in menu that appears select netherlands.

Me helped, just to turn off and turn on the internet@tv, right after ff-2-8-9-rwnd. Then has appeared the country code list.
