Might you have to change region in service menu first? If options are greyed out, then you have to use ruSamsungTVcommunicator to enable it.

I changed the region setting in the service menu from ?PAN-EU ALL? to ?PANNORDIG?. After power off/power on you have to re-enter all settings (as in first time use).
I could choose from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Originally I could only choose UK and Ireland.
While Norway also uses the same daylight savings (dutch: zomertijd / wintertijd), I choose Norway.
The time within the Guide and after pressing the Info button on the remote control is now displayed OK.
Tested with FW 3005.1 on a LE40C650 ( LE40C654M1KXXU - UK) Samsung TV
