here is no content library on your tv
here is no way to get it to your TV
But anyway you can run samygo after you patch TV and add games to autostart. (limited count of games, just those, without SDL graphic).

No, you can`t have Content Library on your TV, it is impossible (at least noone did that yet). Sorry.
