Factory reset does not help?
Press and keep holding Exit for more than 10 sec.

Or make factory reset from service menu.

hi, you may try this
-uplug the tv
-remove all cables from ports including HDMI cables
-wait for 30 minutes
-turn on tv
-insert cables and check if they work
