Yo have to re-calibrate your inputs. I`m not familiar with this procedure, but i heard you have to get some calibration pictures (white/black squares) and set TV to show that pictures on that ports you want to calibrate. Then you just should go to Service menu and press "calibrate" until it says "success".

Search on forum, i think i saw somewhere those pictures you need.
