Your TV is CI+ and it means firmware changing is really dangerous work and it has potential brick chance near to 100% if mistake is made.
Yes and no. If bricked, but console accessible, then yes, could be restored.
But here is no u-boot access on CI+ devices and then no chance to repair if kernel panic or other problem when console isn`t accessible.
Dont forget to write correct hashes to mac partitions, it is important.
