I was locked out from my remote because I changed my region code, but the hotel menu codes still worked.

If you enter 3Speed twice from the hotel menu using ruSamsungCommunicator, the service menu will pop up after a second or two.

Not sure if this is already known, but I stumbled upon it by accident and think it's pretty cool.

Same thing happened to me. Was able to solve as pointed out above using "ruSamsungTVCommunicator" and a little help from another forum member prairie.
