Guideplus does not go ue40d5000

After using samsungru communicator to enable Gemstar to on, the function Guideplus is not accessible in any way. Missing menu option that changes the normal guide to Guideplus
Who can 'help me understand why. thanks to you

yes, you have to see the '' wiki D series''.
But it goes with usb flashdrive but only on hard disk.
But 'my question was not answered ...

older 2006-2007 samsung remotes had the "guide plus" button (AKA TV Guide).
not entirely sure if that will operate the guide plus.
if i happen to locate and older remote, i will try that and see if it operates.
