40D6600WN series cannot access Social TV

Hi all,
Wonder anybody have this D-series LED with problem Social TV access?
I found all application inside including Facebook, Googletalk, Twitter, Picasa all cannot access.
YouTube and web browser check normal.
The registration account in 'register service account' option prompt registered successfully, after click ok button it still show deregistered, not showing 'register' under account option.
Called helpdesk informed samsung US server having problem, but how could be problem happen since day 1 purchased from 12dec until now?!
Tried reset and factory reset still same problem.
Any advice?
