What i ment in step9? Just take fat32 formatted USB and extract firmware you want to downgrade to... I think you should take T-CHEAUSC-1013...

Also, can anyone confirm what the default setting for "Wiselink Without DB" is in the Service Menu of the PN58B650? "Without DB" or "With DB"? Thanks.

I think it doesn`t matter. You can think it was withDB if you feel better
