I have a Samsung UE40C6000.
in the service menu is available:
Local set: Error
Type: Error
and not
Local Set: Eu
Type: 40A1UF1E
Who can help me?

I think you have upgraded firmware over OTN from develop server. Right?

This could happend if your TV OTN server was set to developing and you connected that TV to internet.
Seems Samsung released develop firmware to your model and you was forced to install it. I think it is warranty case.
but if you set this server type by yourself... then they can decline pay-free repair.

if the tv starts try to set manually with ru samsung tv communcator the info on service menu.
