Nice one Denny, just updated and working nicely. The VirtualUSB box was quickly supressed and SmartHub closed after a couple of seconds.

Thanks a lot, saved me from having to program my remote to do that automatically!
Finally everything is working pretty much flawless now after I had some trouble with nfs (could not open subfolders nor could I select to view finished recordings), it turned out that Elgato EyeTV caused the trouble cause it was also saving to the record dir. After deleting that folder everything worked like a charm, hope this hint will be useful for someone else...
My only remaining question now is if it is possible to custom name the virtual USB devices, can this be archived by editing a file or are they named via game.so ?

I'm sorry I read that my televisiore support mkv files. I have a QNAP with TwonkyMedia server. With this I can not get to see the mkv files. How do I do? Should I resign myself to use an external media player?

we read many things about our tv?s, 30% ware fail infos that was provided to us.
if nothing work, convert mkv to any other format and enjoy otherwise , as i have read , last firmware should suport mkv thru DLNA, but then you may lose SamyGO app.

check ..../SamyGO/etc/init.d/02_04_vusb.init
game.so just modify some code in ram and start SamyGO Extensions

Do you have latest QNAP FW installed? Only latest FW has Twonky 6, previous Versions are running Twonky 5 (although Twonky 6 could be installed via separate qpkg on older versions).
Furthermore make sure to specify "Samsung TV" in devices settings!

I already tried to just rename "SamyGo Virt" but as I already expected it did not change anything.
I guess I have to add a specific command/parameter?

I have checked, DLNA dont suport mkv, but you can use nfs/cifs share and play mkv files by the TV?s player, there is working even 3D movie okey.

Question:
Update 2 includes Update 1?
and another:
Actually the normal root includes any updates, or it is necessary to apply U1 or U2
Thanks.
