Do you have ExLink cable? What TV says while you try to start movie?
The message you would get if the DTS module was not loaded (but the movie was ok) would be "Audio codec not supported".
So try another movie file. Some few video codecs are not supported. (The movie file could be corrupt too, of course)
Just try another movie file.
