Why don't you use FFB to install t chu7deuc 3000.G ? 
1. yes.
2. yes, it shoudl accept same patched firmware, or you can isnstall lower version (but not needed FFB for that).
3. yes.
B series CI TV`s dont have the software upgrade over network function, so if you don`t install it over USB, you dont need to do anything...
