I havent understood you correctly, please, tell, what exact did you do?
Just simply switched to HotelMode, activated PVR and thats all? After this TV become restarting?

Or have you done HotelMode hack? What about "watchdog off" ?

I suggest you to set all settings you`ve changed back to initial status. Should be ok then.

use rusamsungtvcommunicator to activate hidden menus and then you can set back. I think you become restarting TV because of 3D setting.
