We have no information about TV's your modal.
Does your TV has service port? If yes build ExLink cable and try to hack your Tv.

Yes, I guess its uses RS232-USB Serial adapter. you needed to know/find required USB driver. You have better to use linux for identify that.

Samsung P2370HD... can do anything?
