UExxD6300 is already all there is for your HW.
You won't get a browser if you change to UExx6500 but your factory calibrations will reset and your picture quality will suffer.

Anyway it's a hidden option in the service menu.

i don`t know about your 3D problem, but wifi (internal/external/none) could be set in service menu. (Control-SubOption-wireless or smth else, dont remember exact).

If you need change back to D6300, you can do this either over exlink cable or using ruSTVC.
