Request feature for D series. Task list. Updated 16/9/2013

Here users can post requests for hacks, patches, features for D series TV`s. Also some kind of task list is available.
Arm models:
- Full console over ExLink... enabled
- Record to xfs restriction... removed
- Copy ProtectionInfo restriction... removed
- RSA_verify for smarthub games... dissabled
- Native app launcher ... enabled
- DRM restriction ... removed
- Timeshift limit ... Increased from 90 up to 1092 minutes
- MPEG *.ts playback restriction... removed
- ChannelInfo banner ... patched
- Yellow subtitle font... patched
- Shell (root access)... enabled
- Execute custom, unsigned game.so from USB... enabled
- SamyGO Extensions ... enabled
- 3g-ntfs support, rw mounting of ntfs ... enabled
- mount remote ftp server (curlftp) ... enabled
- Run SamyGO Extensions on recent restricted firmware... partially done - Hospitality hack for D6 series
- Downgrading... done
- StandBy timer steps: 10 min instead of 30min. ... Done
- Ext3 support added

- disable encryption also for timer recordings (at least we have the decrypting tool)
- reenable popup notifications over DLNA (were available in early firmwares)
- reverse engineer the ?Smart View? streaming functionality of D7 and D8 sets

* Ability to allow change of the color and font size via a config file for Samy - will be much easier for people with different screen sizes and needs. (bigger font for people with bigger tv screens, or vice versa - bigger font on smaller sceen)
* Add subtitle overscan
The current big yellow font patch has an issue due to the size of the defined writing area on the tv screen - for example, now if we have a longer text the text will split over more lines, but the space to the side of the screen is so much. if the area where the subtitles are shown can be increased to the side of the tv screen, it will allow more letters and the lines will not break as it is now.
* Possibly add clock and date info on the INFO dialog - currently available ONLY in TV mode. This is usless for people using set-top boxes like me.

I completely agree with ailiev really would be much more comfortable viewing with this hack. It is probably only a matter time when someone able to solve this.

This is impossible. Don`t have much hope we get ssh or telnet on D series.
