I have a problem that after i shutdown my T.v there's "Tik" sound emitted from T.v does this sound from panel

I think this sound is from case plastic. I also have this problem especially after i close smathub or power off tv. Nothing to be done, just live with it.

but tv shouldn't emit any sound & i call company to maintenance it i thought that this sound emitted from pannel

where i can found this case plastic??

Let service fix the issue
