You should use new version of samygo patcher, you can get it on svn repository (v0.30):
Click right mouse button on this link and choose "Save As.."

Yes, T-CHU7DEUC was just as example. Will check for issues.

EDIT: i don`t have 2001 version, but 1007 went fine. I just open cmd and drag and drop the SamyGO.py there.
