It's should run faster if your also create folder:

mkdir /mtd_rwarea/etc

For me it's take ~ 20-25 sec from press Power button to show PVR+ startup logo.

but be sure you delete that folder if you`re going to flash another firmware, because if you make firmware upgrade and switch to it - you get brick.
