Ex-Link Cable rooting

Is it possible rooting TV with T-GAPDEUC => 1018 by Ex-Link Cable ?
you have to clone USB to TV what will write neccessary files to /mtd_rwarea you can select this via Serial console or Service menu, Service Menu is easyier.
why you don't follow the supplied instructions?
input via Ex-link is limited
