I ma new to samsung tv and smart tv. Sometime ago I bought a D7000 and after a week or so I was display to update the firmware to 1021, bad move i do know know, since then I had a loads of trouble connecting to internet.
Now before i fully hack the tv I would like to install the latest firmware 1022. I downloaded it from the website, followed the instruction to and copied the unzipped folder in a fat32 fresh format usb drive. I inserted the usb in usb1 and went to the support->update by usb and the tv says there is not file to update.
I use a mac book pro, do you have any suggestions?
