Hi,
I Have the 46 UE46ES5505 Samsung Smart tv with 1021 firmware.

Problem is that I have external loud speaker and it all worked fine for few weeks
Now suddenly if waiting 10-20 mins it just loose signal to the loud speaker.

When if i go in the menu and click up and down it works again..

I tried the loud speaker on a PC and no problems what soever.
So it is like the samsung tv loose the signal?

I think it`s time to call Service, TV is under warranty, right?

It happens after new 10.21 firmware and exactly after 30 mins..
I even called the samsung support, poor service..
they just keep saying use a samsung external speaker and trying to say my device is not compatible even it worked for few weeks before upgrade.
Then I ask if I can downgrade and they say no.

Downgrading is not enabled for E series. But we`re working on it...

i just want a new firmware that fix it.

1: it happens after 30 mins
2: I press Menu button on remote control
3: Goto audio menu
4: Do nothing else
5: Voila it back again sound for another 30 mins..

what i hate is i called samsung support..
and some guy just say my device not compatible with samsung..
It most arrogant answer ever.

Because it worked FINE and suddenly not work..

Possible i needed to stay with phillips.
But moved to samsung to get the smart tv and faster reaction.
Phillips are very very slow.

Maybe reset user settings can solve your provlem? Keep holding EXIT of RC until you get some popup.

I HOLD exit button 30 seconds nothing happen..
I dont think trick with holding exit button work on EU samsung tvs i read it before they recommend doing on usa samsung.
I tried goto support menu and do factory reset with code 0 0 0 0
then i had to set time/date (why it cant pull this from internet is strange)
and then same happens

any update ?
Where can i see firmware history fot this model and when new firmware coming?

I've had the same problem here to. Today I had an update request en installed T-ECPDEUC-1014.1.
As far as I can tell now, audio is much better. But guess what, now my subs are the problem. They don't come up when I change the language while playing a movie.
