First of all, thanks for your great hack.

After month of watching my videos via NFS, my files does not show up in SamyGo virtual USB.

NFS mount should be O.K., I can see it via FTP, that my share is mounted on sdb and I can go through the files, but in SamyGo virtual USB it says "There are no files at the moment"

I checked my exports file on my NAS, checked nfd_mount script on samygo, nothing changed.

I also deleted ACE.dat file, restarted my UE46D6500, still no files...what did go wrong???

Seems database is full, you need to delete ace file, can't search and copy sufficient on taptalk but search for ace djmount. I might be wrong on this.

ACE.dat file is already deleted and TV rebooted again.

Do I have to change any user or group rights to my files or directories on my NAS (Linkstation Pro LS-GL)?

My exports file:

Code: Select all

/etc/exports /mnt/disk1/share/Filme/Samsung-TV 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0(rw,async,no_root_squash)

Code: Select all

drwxrwxrwx 8 tom root 141 Feb 24 20:50 Filme

Code: Select all

drwxrwsrwx 43 tom root 4096 Feb 24 20:54 Kinofilme
drwxrwsrwx 14 tom root 4096 Dec 28 2011 Kinotrailer
drwxrwxrwx 2 tom root 6 Dec 22 2011 Samsung-TV
drwxrwxrwx 15 tom root 4096 Jun 26 20:19 TV-Aufnahmen
drwxrwxrwx 10 tom root 4096 Feb 18 22:10 Urlaubs- und Heimvideos
So far as I know the option "no_root_squash" gives user "root" the privilege to connect/mount the nfs share.

As I already said before, I can even browse through my nfs-mount (sdb\...) if I connect via FTP to my Samsung TV...please help.

Try the following :
+ disable djmount.init (rename to djmount.init.dis)
+ delete ACE.dat file again
+ reboot TV
+ access the root of your nfs share via SamyGo virt. USB and wait a view minutes until mediaplayer has finished DB creation (rotating circle disappears)

I had a similar problem and in my case it has solved that.
