UE55C8700 defect after upgade to 3014 or 3015

Hi !
This message in order to inform you about a tricky problem on t-valdeuc_3014 and 15 on the model mentionned in subject.
Immediately after the upgrade to 3014, the tv switches OFF and ON every 4 minutes 50 seconds.
I have upgraded to 3014 as I am a standard user and the feature of that realease is the improvement of HD reception and indeed it does. However, this problem happened with no way to get rid off.
Tech service came 3 times : change of the power supply, change of the main board and finally change of the led panel itself.
No improvement.
The only way to have the TV working ''properly'' again was to dowgrade to zero firmware, using this like that with the charming ''Not For Sale'' message each time I change channel.
Samsung support and tech service gave up and Samsung gently proposed to me a voucher to exchange my TV : great, the voucher is half the value that I paid for the TV less than 2 years ago... still under waranty.
Built-in obsolescence? Unability from Samsung to control et test released firmwares before their diffusion?
That's frustrating and disappointing.
Does anyone here got the same kind of problem on that model?
Cheers.
