my brother enter service menu by remote info, menu, mute, power and change mode to developing
someone please help me to restore to operating mode or normal mode

Only reset eeprom can help. Perhaps you're doing wrong, shortening pins is the way you have to go.

yep, i do this by shortening pins on similar board UA40C6200 "http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/File:UA40C6200_1.jpg",
but doesn't work,
i do by,
1. put Screwdriver on two pins are connected.
2. plug in.
3. press reset button.
4. unplug and plug in it's continue restart.
but doesn't work, anyone tell me what worng on my step, plz.

I`m not sure about reset button. You should unplug the power cord, and be sure you have connected right eeprom pins. No other instructions. Check 9 times before to give up
