I have these Samsung Model. I don't see in the Wiki and I ask you if these model is supported (PS42C450)

This is service menu. What don`t you understand?
What do you mean "reset first time" ?

I do all the steps until the 13 step that say reboot the tv. So when I reboot the TV I see the image like the picture of my last post and the service menu looks very blurry

It would be desirable to modify the wiki link you sent me to clarify that with the PS42C450 model doesnt works enabing video playback thus we may avoid more failures like this.

Your problem could be solved (vanished picture) by selecting
Lvds Format" to "VESA" in service menu. Seems, your problem is like:

p.s.
If you get picture reversed, go Control --> Config option --> HV flip" and set it to "Off"
