UE40C6700 run.sh no autostart

I've updated my (already rooted) UE40C6700 from T-VALDEUC 3003 to 3009.
Then I've rooted the device again using the wiki article "USB disk to hack C series T-VALDEUC-3009.2"
Everything went well and I can access the TV via telnet.
I can also (within telnet) execute my run.sh script on the attached USB-Stick, which successfully mounts my SMB-Shares.
My Problem: The run.sh script does not execute when switching the TV on (as it was the case before the FW upgrade)
I always have to execute the script via telnet, which is quite annoing.
What can I do to enable again the "autostart" of the run.sh script ?
