can someone tell me whether a 0000 firmware exists for the C series USA models LN46C650? i have searched but all i get is for Europe. i tried the European version of the 0000 fw but the tv is not seeing any files on the usb drive.

i currently have version 1035 on my tv and want to downgrade to be able to change my internet@tv region. currently i am not able to do this as when i enter >>289<< i am getting a message saying "not available"

if some one can show me another way to change the region country i would appreciate very much. also i can get into hotel mode but not service mode.

have you tried d/e series downgrading steps? what is the result?

no i have not tried it as yet however i will read up on it, do i use the software for the d/e series to do that?

none said you get firmware from d or e series. i suggested you just try to do STEPS described there hoping you get proper firmware for your TV.

however the message returned was "no software to upgrade currently"

if this Device Unique Identifiers (DUIDs) is what you want can you tell me how to get it?

it is visible under I@TV somewhere (properties or settings or about). I don`t have C series, don`t know exact where to look at.

i will check the options in the tv but i cannot get into setting for i@tv. all the tv does is open I@tv thats it the other options are greyed out so i cannot select them
