Samsung UE46D7090 Downgradproblem

Hello,
I am from Germany. Excuse my English.
I have an UE46D7090. With the firmware 1025.1 I was very contented with the image quality.
Yesterday now I have connected a new Router for my PC and have connected this also with the television. A test of smart tv was positively. However, then I found out that the image quality has clearly got worse especially with SD broadcastings. Now I wanted to make a Downgrade of the Firmware, because this has helped earlier already once in this problem. Unfortunately, this was not possible, because I have not put back the DNS servers IP 46.4.199.222 from manuell to auto with the last Downgrade. Now there comes basically the announcement: Mistake 601, Funktionstimeout.......

If somebody has an idea as I can access again the server to be able to make a Downgrade.
Or is there another possibility to come to the version 1090 ?
