Is it possible to enable PVR and Timeshift on EH6030 (UE40EH6030WXBT) model?

Sure.
Just enter Service Mode (Info, Menu, Mute, Power... or Info, Mute, Menu, Power... don't have the remote in front of me... but basically you go UP) and in sub_options there's an option to enable it. You May or May Not need ruTV remote (software remote controller) to get into the proper menu.
Truth be told though... without SamyGo... it's not a horribly useful feature as all the files get encrypted.
You can record and playback on the TV... but you can't playback on the computer. That makes the whole "USB" thing kinda useless. (they might as well have included 16 gigs on the TV and been done with it) and you can program in recordings by time and date... but it's not the most user-friendly system in the world.
And you can't record from HDMI... so no recording PS3 or Xbox. Not sure if you can record from ANY non-broadcast systems. At that point you're better off looking into external recorders.

I 'm also have a 40eh6030 TV. Anyone managed to enable PVR on this TV set?
I'm able to comunicate with ruSamsungComunicator, but for me the "Factory" and the "3Speed" didn't do anything when i'm in service menu. (accesed by info+menu+mute+power). Also in "Control-SUB options" menu there isn't any PVR related option (maybe hidden?).

I managed(with 3Speed wav from this forum and an IR transmitter) to found the PVR option, it was hidden. I put to ON , but nothing happened in normal operation. How can i activate or even known that is activated?

It is possible to enable on a ES6100, normally you would just enable it then tune into a DTV channel and press the record button. For accessing the extended service menu ruSamsungCommuncator has been blocked by newer firmwares from sending 3SPEED or FACTORY so I believe an IR blaster is the only way to transmit the codes. I'm not sure if it would apply for your model but to unlock the extended menu I had to send 3SPEED twice, no FACTORY transmission was needed.

I also managed to unhide those option with IR blaster (3Speed twice as you sad) (with "PVR support" too), i put in ON position, but nothing happened. When i press the "rec" button it say's "not available"...i think it just not implemented in eh6030 which is on Novatek chipset and not on Mstar.

Do you have the TV tuned to a dtv channel? It will say not available if its on HDMI or any other input besides tv

Yes, it is on DTV channel, and with HDD conected. When i try to send "red" button from ruSamsungComunicator it say "Unknown key" and did not do anything...other button (volume , menu etc) works well....
