LE32C350F1W service mode ?

First, sorry for my accent but i'm french...
I have an TV Samsung LE32C350F1W and i have reset the EEPROM (my tv bug, it lunch "mode demo", and change chanel.. )
But now, i need the type, colour etc..
Anyone can help me ?
