What is nc shell?

I want to know what NC shell is so I can mount in NFS share on my TV.
is NC shell only available in a UNIX command prompt or can you use it on any other platform?

nc means netcat, so search google. You can use it not only in unix, but in windows too.

Thanks again for the help juuso.

So do I need to run the SamyGo app before I can
communicate with the TV with NC shell?

Setting up NFS shares on the D Series is the same as setting it up on a B and C series.

Is this true?
