Dear all I have a problem.

We bought in 2011 a c6000 LE TV. Altrough it was good but it needed a motherboard change (Garantee). I dont know how many types of mb for this Tv.

The original board FW was : T-VAL...
The new mb-s Fw is T-MSX6DEUC-1002.1, but I upgraded to 1017

The Tv works, but in one point not:
I cannot connect with a Smartphone to the television. (My brother uses it and he is needing it because he use to watch movies thru 16Gb Samsung Note2). I make the Storage connection thru the Phone, but nothing hapens, it the same when I connect the internal storge on the phone.
It is working with normal USB sticks or Hard drives, but not with Smartphones. :(
It was working with the original motherboard with the T-VAL type of firmware, i had no problem to connect with a Samrtphone!

Is there a solution for this problem? This problem is known by samsung, or anyone else? Is it a hardware fault, or just a setup error? Can it be solved by adjusting on the software (back Garanntee sevice)?

Thanks for Help my trouble!
Peter

Well, I recieved from samsung, that this mb with fw T-MSX6DEUC does not contains the MTP driver for android devices. Without this driver the Tv does not handle smarthpones.

Is there any custom fw avalible?
