Hi All,
My C6500 is missing EPG on only one multiplex. TV is connected to cable DVB-C that is rebrodcasting three DVB-T2 multiplexes.
I can see guide for several channels on two multiplexes while one is totally missing.

Is that possible that I have changed something while enabling PVR throught Service menu (not hotel mode, but with additional buttons in ruSamsungTVCommunicator - 3speed factory).

Can you advise what to check?

can be this is depended from your cable operator might they do not translate epg for that channels at all.

I have already checked that with other TV-set - EPG is there.
