EPG on UE40C5100QW

Hi everybody,

does anybody know why EPG on my TV lasts only 1 day?
I tested the incoming cable (DVB-C) signal with a non Samsung device and I discover a 7 days EPG.
In addition: is it possible to have Gemstar EPG?
