i wish to know if it is possible to share my samba share without having an USB stick connected in tv...

yes it is, in my case B650 it work out of the box with the samygo extension.
If it doesn`t work for you, search the forum, somewhere was an post from someone with dummy file etc.

my second question is about samygo extension.
It is indeed cool to enable the great stuffs with the game content menu...
But is it possible to enable ssh, upnp, samba and nfs sharing without needing to start the game ?

that`s possible too, i think an way with starting script was also described here somewhere...
Sorry i`m a PC, no MAC or Linux, just Windows else i would help with the script
