I have a problem with my TV SAMSUNG LE40C550 tells me I sound headphones connected to it though i don't have... I called the people at Samsung and they said it was a problem in the firmware ... I tried to do I update from T-MSX5DEUC-2011.0 at T-TDT5DEUC-1024.1 just do not recognize the firmware because it has processor MStar... '

it seems like T-MSX5DEUC-2011.0 is the newest available for your Model.
the t-tdt firmware is for models with different processors then yours.

so your options would be
- wait for a newer fw
- try factory reset
- hack tv and downgrade firmware
