UA55C7000 firmware question

Hey guys,
bought a UA55C7000 a year or two ago and upgraded the firmware to the latest recently.... mistake with the amount of crosstalk now :/
so my question is...
what is the best firmware version that i can use for crosstalking and overall 3d effect, where can i download it, and how can i "revert" my firmware to an earlier version
just thought i would ask before i go out doing something major to my tv haha
