Hello

I have a LE32B651 Samsung TV and since a few months ago, it doesn't generate the thumbnails.

I tried the Thumbnails Cleaner App, but after executing it, the problem persists.

What should I do to solve the problem?

thumb cleaner + reboot = nothing?

did it generate thumbnails in the past and suddenly stopped?

Hi

It suddenly stopped

I tried everything and I had to restore factory defaults losing the Tv configuration

After that, the thumbs appeared again
