I just got my 55F8000
Service menu is still there.
TDM is not. The code changed and it's not present in the debug output as it was in previous versions.
The hardware and screen are far superior than ES and D series.
The software it's the worst I have seen so far but many will surely like it.
The embedded camera SUCKS as in ES8000 Tv.
Too tired now. I will inspect it better tomorrow.
I didn't open the back panel. Too many screws and too lazy for that.

Apps are now squashfs images and not zip files.
Their contents is almost as before but text files are again obfuscated and with an SPM extension.

its same format - aes encrypted firmware upgrade files. just now - all separate images to one big file...

p.s. no, key is not available yet...
