PVR on 32EH5300 ?

Hello guys,
I tried to figure out how to enable the PVR function on my new Samsung EH5300 TV. I already accessed SERVICE MENU, but I didn't find any option concerning PVR.
Is it even possible on the EH5300 model? Do I need one of these ExLink/Service-Cables in order to enable it?
BTW: It has the T-MST10PDEUC-1032 firmware, SmartHub-Version 4.5311-5.0 and my region is Germany.

maybe you can`t enable pvr on this model?

Alright, I've managed it to enable the PVR function.
At first i had to use ruTVCommunicator and send 3Speed in order to bring up hidden options. Then I activated PVR record (service menu/Sub option) and then I set "pvr record num" to 1 (service menu/config option/pvr record num 0 - change to 1)

i thing PVR enable with DTV, i was change my TV 40EH5300 analog only to DVB-C, DVB-T, Analog.
I will try DTV (DVB-C) to PVR when i come home and report for you late.

Ok, all works! after Extended SM, change PVR Funtion ON, PVR Num =1. Now with DVB-C channel i can record, before record tv request format USB to record and time tv.

Hello DennisJ, I activated PVR functionality on my 32EH5300 but would like to upgrade the firmware. After firmware update I have to re-enable the PVR functionality?

no experience, but I believe you can reenable it same way later. Why do you need to do firmware upgrade? Do you think something improves?

Hi at all!
i have an Samsung 32eh5300... and i would enable pvr.
i have tryed to enter in extended sm, and enabled pvr, but at reboot of tv, if i press record button (DVB-T), nothing show on screen, (first of enable it, showed not available). i use an hd 1tb Samsung.
attach screen of my config type and model. Can we that have enabled pvr with success, post your config screen?
How can i do? What i wrong?
