SamyGO

Hi folks.
After much reading of this forum, I decided on, and purchased a UA32ES6200 tv.

It currently runs original Firmware T-MST10PDUEC-1030.0

TV asked to update and I stopped it.

Just wanted to know what is the best firmware to use and is my TV's Firmware downgradeable if required?

Still learning before I attempt to root it and install Samygo

first make sure, your nfs server on the dreambox is running or post your "exports" file.
You can mount your drambox with another nfs-client?

Second, the automatic "Code Geneartor" made a little mistake.
I marked the the changed item as bold.
So originally don't type the format bold strings.
Should look like this:

##### YOU CAN CHANGE ME HERE ######
#SERVER=""
SERVER="10.3.3.80" # if you want a fixed server
SHARES=""
# SHARES="Video Music Photo" # if you won't all your shares, but then set SERVER too!!
##### CHANGE ME END ######

You see your UPNP servers?

Perhaps you should deinstall and reinstall SamyGo.

How did you edit the script-files? With filezilla?

I used Filezilla for accessing the tv. Onle had windows notepad to view the files, and I couldn't understand the output, so I got a unix text editor (Edit Pad lite )which helped alot.

I figured there was some extra formatting there which was not needed so I left that out.

I might try and remove and re-install SamyGO and start again. See how I go with that.

Might have to look into the dreambox shares running as I can't find shares on the Dreambox by searching. I have them bookmarked on another box I have.
