Did anybody play aound with the plasma ps43e450 ?
On the Newzeeland Samsung site this tv has external wifi adapter support.
In my european Version it is greyed out.
Would be nice to teach my tv DLNA or even more

None reported this could work on E series, but in similar way D350 got wifi and allshare working. Risky. But if success - you `ll get sweeter

The Hotel mode hack like in C series is not working.
Looks like i have to built the Rc for Factory+3Speed

And the remote worked like a charm. Not with my SGS2 but with my laptop.

I didnt know the Factory+3Speed is a one time thing. After rebooting the tv it was back to normal.
BUT I managed to change the wifi status and NOW i have NETWORK OPTIONS in the menu (permanent).

Ill try to trick a tp-link wifi stick to pretend to be a samaung dongle this weekend and post results.

So here is what i did.
Built the remote like noted in the wiki.

changed in sub_options:

LNA Support = 1
Network Support Ext Wifi
i changed to ext_wifi_only but stick did not get found.
PVR Support = on
does not seem to work
OTA = off
??? software update over the air ??? please smbdy explain

in Config Options i changed

AllShare Support = on

By the way: My firmwareversion is v1021

then I got a TP-Link for ?10 and followed this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=51&t=5537

I can use a Remotecontrol App with my Samsung Galaxy S2. Also AllShare and WifiDirect work.
