Hello,

Since version 1029 my TV doesn't decode any channels. I have a CI+ module and smartcard. The cable provider changed them both but I still can't see scrambled channels although the provider granted me access to them. I've punched in mute->2->4->7->Exit and I get the error message posted in the topic. Any suggestions ?

Update: the service people told me that because of the firmware update the TV didn't recognize anymore the SmartCard inserted into a CI+ module. They had to replace the motherboard. They also told me not to do anymore firmware updates even if they are available on-line.

Update: TV works fine since the motherboard was replaced. I guess the moral of the story is not do upgrade the firmware in spite of what Samsung support people told me.
