Why don't you port OpenArena or ioQuake3 ?

I think CPU is enough for Q1, Q2 and might be for Q3 too. But don't know why your sample doesn't work. Aquadran will help on this.

I created following "game" for my tests to enable logging of all possible debug strings exeDPR generates and also redirecting stderr and stdout. Maybe you could use something from it. Be aware, attached sample generates A LOT OF information.
