SAMSUNG?TV?windows CE?shipped

Hi everyone
i write a thread to get some information on a TV device (i do not remember the model) that comes with windows Operating system.
it is some kind of windows xp shipped with a software called EWF, i guess that could mount C:\ as read/write.
do those tvs still exist now in the trade?
They were good because you could tune every details of your installation.
Maybe today dlna upnp standard is better for media use
Dunno if you have any idea of what device i am talking about
