New Firmware T-VALDEUC_3017.1 ???

Hi Guys,
I believe the latest firmware for the C-series is the
T-VALDEUC_3015.0.exe but on the Samsung support site (Australian sub section) is a brand new firmware for the 8-series UA55C8000 called
T-VALDEUC_3017.1.exe (relaese date 2013.05.06)

Does anyone know what this new firmware contains (Release Notes)?
And will the new
T-VALDEUC_3017.1.exe work on all TVs that are compatibel with
T-VALDEUC_3015.0.exe like f.i. LE32C655?

No idea what is the changelog. And no idea will it work on your TV...

If you go with mouse on ? in the webpage it says 2010 LED tv firmware upload, on applicable model there is nothing
But i've found in other pages with tv of valdeuc family so i think sams start the roll-out of this update.
But i'm scary of try it the 3015 suck the better was 3011 and 3008.3

So i update. This update is for all t-valdeuc tvs but the exe is buggy to install you have to exctract it and create this dir tree on usb T-VALDEUC\image\ with this update on my tv the black is more black and the picture quality is better. In addiction the swap from one channel to another is more fast. Internet@tv is still work. My manual hack is still fully functional after this update. The hotel mode menu is still accessible with mute 119 enter and the service menu too but is limited susch as previous firmware 3015. Rusamsungtvcommunicator works and with it is possible to unlock the locked part of service menu. (No onboot or uboot in this firmware update damn samsung release stuff only for d series. ).

Yes is compatible with all valdeuc tvs.

A/ So your general opinion is that it contains improvements compared 3015 - I might give it a try.
B/ When you say the exe is buggy - I guess you mean that it extracts the image to folder "T-VALDEUC_3017.1" and that you have to rename "T-VALDEUC_3017.1" to "T-VALDEUC" on the USB Stick before the TV will accept the firmware?

Yes. My opinion is that is better than 3015.

Finally they have fixed video codecs which were broken in 3014 and 3015 firmware.

Does anyone tested the new firmware 3017.1 with "PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie" which Denny wrote?
Due to missing video codecs I will update the firmware but without the great decrypted PVR recordings I will prefer the old version.
Due to a lot of time which I need to hack my TV I hope anyone already has test it
