SOLVED: Advanced service menu

Hi,
Has anyone managed to activate the advanced settings in the service menu?
For me the usual combinations of Factory/3speed or 0000 do not work.
I have a UE46F7000 bought in France and need to change it to UK so I get Freesat rather than Fransat tuning options (the app locale is OK, I can set that from the usual menus so I have BBC Iplayer etc).
Thanks.

In the end I realised that this cannot be done from ruSamsungTVCommunicator for the F series TV.
Therefore I used a Harmony universal IR remote, instructions as follows:
To get the hex codes for the FACTORY and 3SPEED buttons:
http://www.avsforum.com/t/1389562/samsu ... ussion/570
and to program these custom buttons into the Harmony:
http://www.avsforum.com/t/1256682/harmo ... t_18779498
using this page after you login to the site:
http://members.harmonyremote.com/EasyZa ... frared.asp
(Press Manual and paste the hex code in the Promto Data Value...)
tip: due to a bug in the Harmony software, I had to create two Samsung devices, because I could only get it to remember one custom button per device. I left a 1 second pause between the actions.
So I now have full freesat functionality on my TV, including full Guide and correct channel numbers etc.

I recently witnessed successful unlocking of the Locale and Info Link options in the Service Menu of a French Samsung TV model UE32ES6710SXZF (i.e. an E-Series ES6710), using a Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone's IR Blaster (infra-red LED) to send the relevant factory remote control key codes. Full details are at
viewtopic.php?f=52&t=4109&p=52952#p52952. N.B. The ruSamsungTVCommunicator Windows application was tried previously, and while it connected to the TV and could be used to send remote control key sequences, it appears that this model of TV/its firmware no longer accepts Factory and 3Speed codes via the network remote.
